We provide qualified nurses, care assistants, support workers and kitchen assistants to hospitals, nursing and residential homes and local authorities throughout the West Midlands. our Homecare service aims to provide high quality care service to assist individuals in retaining independence in their own homes throughout the UK. Our aim is to seek a positive contribution to the social and economic well being of the communities we serve to enable them to realise their maximum potential. Our specialist services are; Agency Work, Homecare and Supported living.
Fully Qualified Staff
Our staff are carefully selected to meet our stringent requirements. We only provide staff who have had an enhance CRB check. Our carer’s have undergone training in care and personal care. Added to this dedicated pool of carer’s we also have qualified nurses who can take care of clients who are terminally ill. Although our carer’s experiences may be diverse, they all have a desire to work in an area where their compassion and understanding can enhance the quality of life of our clients.

Our agency operates 24 hours a day. Lancefield nursing agency has experienced consultants available to speak to you 24 hours a day 7 days a week, including weekends, Bank Holidays and Christmas.
