If you have received a service which you are unhappy with you can send a complaint to us using the form below.
If you include your e-mail address, the complaint will be acknowledged electronically within seven days of receipt.
A final response can be expected within 28 days of receipt of your initial complaint.
If your complaint is complex, more time may be needed to do a thorough investigation. We will inform you if this is the case.
